Summer Jobs Aplenty: Water World Hosts Job Fair to Fill 1,000 Positions

Denver, Water World and Other Cities Begin Hiring for Summer Jobs

Water World, Colorado’s first and largest waterpark, is hosting a job fair to fill almost 1,000 positions for various roles such as lifeguards, landscaping, and water quality management. The job fair is scheduled for Wednesday, March 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 8801 N. Pecos St. in Federal Heights. Employees will enjoy working at Water World, receiving a free season pass and discounted day tickets for friends and family among other perks.

Applicants must be at least 14 years old by May 1 to apply for a job at Water World. If unable to attend the fair, individuals can apply online through the park’s website. The City of Denver is also assisting individuals aged 16 to 24 with finding job opportunities through the Governor’s Summer Job Hunt program. Candidates must provide proof of age and citizenship and the city will help match them with suitable job openings at Water World or other locations in the city.

Water World operates from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day, providing an exciting opportunity for employment during the summer months.
