Will 6’3 Wide Receiver Corey Davis Make a Comeback with the New York Jets?

Corey Davis in talks with Jets for potential reunion

Corey Davis is a 6-foot-3 wide receiver who spent the first four years of his career with the Tennessee Titans before signing with the Jets in 2021. He showed promise as a valuable weapon in New York, recording 66 receptions for 1,028 yards and six touchdowns. However, he took a break from the NFL last August but recently applied for reinstatement, allowing him to potentially make a return to the field.

Robert Saleh mentioned that the team is in regular contact with Davis and their door is always open to him. SNY’s Connor Hughes reported that the Jets are interested in bringing Davis back, which would be beneficial for their wide receiving corps alongside Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams. If he rejoins the Jets, Davis could continue to contribute positively to the team’s offense.
